Shadowform Vaginal Markers

Shadowform Vaginal Markers can be used for both port films and simulation films. They are made from a soft, flexible barium-impregnated polymer, are individually packaged and are disposable. The Shadowform Vaginal Marker is a 20 cm tube with a detachable T-bar handle that acts as an anchor. It can be used to position a 10 cm rectal marker inside the vaginal marker when a reference for film magnification is required.

Vaginal Depth Scales and
Depth Scale Holder

Used during simulation or port filming, position and magnification can be determined accurately by counting the 3/16" diameter lead balls which are spaced 1 cm apart. Model 02-1055 includes an Introitus Marker. The Vaginal Depth Scale Holder has a swivel/angling joint that will slide up or down on the base plate post allowing the Vaginal Depth Scale to be adjusted and held at the proper angle. This Holder can be used with 02-1055 only. Introitus Markers are also available.

Andersen Cervix Marker Kit

The Cervix Marker Kit uses stainless steel or titanium markers to localize a tumor site. The kit consists of an implanter (25 cm in length with a 7 mm disc 1 cm from the tip) and 50 stainless steel markers (5 mm in length and 0.8 mm in diameter). The Gold Cervix Markers are 3 mm in length and 0.8 mm in diameter.

Cervix Ball Markers

The disposable stainless steel Ball Marker is sutured to the cervix with a dissolving suture to allow the ball to fall out of the patient. It is 3/16" in diameter with a 1/16" diameter hole.
