The Paramount Prone Breast Board provides an alternative to supine breast treatment for patients that can tolerate a face down position. The benefits of prone breast treatment include decreased desquamation of the inframammary region, better reproducibility of the target due to "boxing" of the breast tissue, and decreased radiation exposure to the heart and lungs. Sturdy arm grips keep arms and hand out of the treatment areas and offer excellent comfort and stability. Memory foam padding make the this contralateral breast support one of the most comfortable systems available. Available in a low profile version for small bore CT scanners.
