The Block Cutter
The Portalcast block cutter allows therapists or technicians to make exact reproductions of the desired film shape and block-to-beam-axis orientation. It allows you to: Quickly adjust source-to-film and source-to-tray distances Accurately match the center of the block to the center of the light table Accommodate different source-to-tray and source-to-film distances Cut blocks precisely and at the correct speed.

The Work Station
The Portalcast workstation provides a compact, efficient workspace to cool casting molds and mount custom block to trays. Using the workstation, you can:

• Quickly drills holes in plastic trays for block mounting
• Pour molds from either side of the cooling station
• Quickly cool blocks
• Store recycled blocks, new Cerrobend, reference frames and supplies
