Spot Markers are used for patient orientation during a camera study. A
0.136” diameter active area is marked with purple epoxy and centered in a 1” x .250” clear acrylic disk. Activity is supplied as a nominal value ±15%.

Fillable Point Marker Source
|
|
Marker Sources are easily filled with the same radionuclide to be used in imaging procedures. The small clear plastic receptacle (1” diameter x 1/2” thick) has a centered channel to contain 0.2 cc of the nuclide. A nylon screw-plug tightens against the O-ring completing a tight, safe seal. The Marker is reusable or the nuclide can be decayed or removed.

Multimodal Spot Markers

Multimodal Spot Markers
contain an encapsulated bone-equivalent ring that surround a radioactive element. They can be used for image co-registration and anatomical marking for PET, PET/CT and CT applications. Activities up to 100 µCi nominal for Co-57, Ge-68 and Na-22 are available.

Pen Point Marker
|
|
Pen Point Markers are used to mark a point of interest during a camera study or to trace the outline of anatomical features on a patient. It contains Co-57 in a ceramic matrix at the end of a 5.0” (12.7 cm) anodized aluminum pen-shaped rod which screws into a brass cap to shield the active point. Activity supplied as a nominal value ±15%.

Flexible Ruler

Used to define anatomical features or organs, the 0.19” (4.8 mm) diameter Flexible Ruler is a plastic tube containing 47 alternating 0.394” (10 mm) sections of Co-57 and inactive lead. The overall length of the ruler is 18.5” (47 cm) with an active length of 17.7” (45 cm). Activity is a nominal value ±15%.

Flexible Marker

The Flexible Marker is used to define anatomical features or organs. It contains Co-57 uniformly dispersed in an epoxy matrix and injected into a 0.094” outer diameter flexible plastic tube having an inner diameter of 0.02” (0.508 mm). The overall and active length of the marker is 19.7” (50 cm). Activity is supplied as a nominal value ±15%.
