These high quality Co-57 Flood Sources provide a uniform field of radiation for the evaluation of the extrinsic uniformity of your gamma camera. The Flood Sources are available in a wide variety of circular and rectangular dimensions and activities to meet the standards established by your gamma camera manufacturer.

Camera-Specific™ Flood Sources consider the field size of your specific gamma camera. These sources maximize the amount of radioactivity in your field-of-view by providing a higher concentration of activity than that of a standard flood source. The consequential higher count rate results in shorter accumulation time and the longer useable life of your flood.

Each Co-57 Flood Source includes a lead-lined storage case with wheels. The case can be easily moved by using the conveniently placed handle. All 6 sides of the container are lined with lead.

One expired source may be returned at no additional charge when a similar product is purchased. Additional sources may be returned for a nominal fee.
