| The Integrated PET
L-Block Shield allows the combination of the PET L-Block Shield and a remote dose calibrator ionization chamber. The technologist can draw, adjust, and measure a dose without removing the activity from the protection of the L-Shield. A shelf must also be located beneath the hole. A 1” thick lead drop-down shield hangs in front of the chamber (both above and below the
counter top) to provide additional radiation protection.
