Pixel Calibration Phantom |
Pixel calibrations should be done for all acquisition matrices used in both the “x” and “y” axis and for all zooms clinically used. Verifying pixel size is critical if SPECT imaging is to be performed, linear distances or lesion sizes are to be stated in clinical reports or quantitative procedures are to be performed (such as quantitative gated cardiac studies). |
